Individual therapy at Palette of Hope Counseling is a collaborative, deeply personal process. Together we'll explore the stories that have shaped you — the beliefs, patterns, and experiences that may be keeping you stuck — and begin to rewrite them in ways that feel truer to who you really are.

I work from an integrated approach drawing on Emotionally-Focused Therapy and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy. This means we won't just talk about what's happening in your mind — we'll also pay attention to how your experiences live in your body. Trauma, anxiety, and emotional pain often show up physically long before we can find words for them, and by tuning into those signals together, we can access healing that goes deeper and lasts longer.
